Più, the new portable unit from Olimpia Splendid, extremely quiet and compact, guarantees a new level of comfort thanks also to the innovative air distribution system.

First product in the comfort line: perfect air distribution, noiseless operation, compact size and efficiency

Più has an innovative system which, thanks to the new technology and special design of screw, fan and air distribution grille, enables the emission of a very high and deep stream of air which creates uniform room temperature and prevents the classic sheet of air which used to characterise portable units.

Engineering

The engineering process has used the most advanced fluid dynamics and thermodynamics simulation instruments. This made it possible to test, compare and fine-tune the different technological solutions and to select the optimal system for perfect air distribution.

User friendly

Easy to use, it follows the company tradition of user-friendly products, with fully intuitive electronics on the machine to enable users to simply set the desired temperature as well as the other functions available.

Design

The choice of different colours makes Più very easy to blend in with the decor of your home, while its compact size and curved lines indicate particular care in the design of the unit.

Functions

Più is equipped with all the functions that may be desired:
Ventilation: the unit can also be used as a simple fan;
Dehumidification to cool the air and at the same time remove excess humidity;
Cooling;
Auto: function to modulate operation of the conditioner according to the surrounding environment and adjust its power to give optimal performance in terms of ventilation, dehumidification and temperature;
Timer: with automatic switch-on and switch-off feature.

Remote control

All the functions can also be directly controlled with the remote control viewing operation settings on the large LCD display. In addition, you can use the remote control to change ventilation speed, set automatic operation and switch-on/switch-off timer.

Noiseless and efficient

The air-acoustic performance of Più is unique thanks to an advanced tangential fan, which makes it possible to move a large quantity of air with minimum noise and minimum power consumption. The result is an extremely quiet and highly efficient unit, perfect for night use. Elegant and very efficient, it is rated class A and respects the environment using ecological gas R410A.

These thermographs represent the operation of the Più portable conditioner and of a competing product tested in a room 3.5m long by 2.7m high. The test was carried out at the maximum and minimum ventilation rates of the machines, which in the various photos are positioned at the bottom on the left. The blue marks represent the emission of cool air from the conditioners: it can be observed that Più produces a flow of cool air which fills the room homogeneously.

This tells us that with the use of the PIU’ unit, the interior is cooled uniformly, without the occupants being struck directly by the stream of cold air; while with the traditional portable unit only a limited area of the interior is affected by the cool air and the stream of cold air directly strikes the occupants.
