Client: Hotel
Location: Suva, Fiji Islands
Building type: Hotel facility
Climate zone: ASHRAE 1A – Very Hot Humid
System: Full-electric system with air conditioners without outdoor unit

The project involved the renovation of a hotel facility in Suva, Fiji Islands. The goal of the project was to upgrade the air conditioning systems, improving guest comfort and adapting the facility to the demands of a destination characterized by a hot and highly humid climate.

The owner was looking for a solution that would reduce installation time and costs while limiting work on the existing building. It was also important to preserve the aesthetics of the property, choosing a system with low architectural impact capable of delivering reliable performance in a particularly challenging climate context.

To meet these requirements, the Olimpia Splendid Unico Air system was installed—a full-electric solution without outdoor unit ideal for renovation projects. The adopted technology made it possible to keep installation time and costs down, reducing the impact on the building's architecture and ensuring high levels of comfort for guests year-round.
