The project involved the renovation of the Summer Residence of the Presidency of the Republic in El Mouradia, Algeria. The intervention included upgrading the climate control system in a building characterized by significant architectural constraints that required special care in selecting and installing the new solutions.

The main requirement was to identify a solution capable of delivering the required comfort without altering the building's aesthetics. Indeed, architectural constraints made it necessary to limit the system's visual impact and simplify installation operations. For this reason, the designer was supported in selecting and correctly sizing the products.

For this project, 8 UNICO PRO 35 HP EVA N units were supplied, integrated into a monobloc air-to-air hybrid system. This solution met the climate control needs while maintaining low impact on the building. Olimpia Splendid also provided consultancy to the designer during the sizing phase, helping to identify the configuration best suited to the structure's characteristics and existing architectural constraints.
