Located in the historical center of Milan, this four-room apartment underwent a major renovation aimed at modernizing its systems and improving the home's energy performance. The project takes place in an urban context characterized by existing buildings, where energy efficiency and emission reduction represent increasingly important goals.
The client wished to eliminate the traditional gas boiler and implement a completely electric system capable of managing both indoor climate control and domestic hot water production. The goal was to increase living comfort, reduce energy consumption, and add value to the property through a modern, efficient, and sustainability-oriented solution.
To meet these requirements, the Nexya All In One system was installed, combined with 3 indoor units sized to ensure maximum comfort in the various rooms of the apartment. This solution made it possible to completely replace the gas boiler with a full-electric system dedicated to both climate control and domestic hot water production. Thanks to this project, the home achieved an energy class A rating, significantly improving overall building efficiency and ensuring high comfort levels year-round.
