The project involves the construction of a new residential building in Cosenza, designed to offer living comfort and high energy efficiency. From the early stages, the goal was to adopt modern, fully electric solutions in line with the demands of the contemporary residential market.
The owner was looking for an efficient, reliable, and architecturally low-impact system. At the same time, it was important to identify a solution capable of adapting to the various residential units and guaranteeing the right level of comfort in every room. For this reason, the designer was supported in selecting and sizing the most suitable products.
The chosen solution was a full-electric split air-to-water system comprising 45 Flex Box units, approximately 260 radiant fan coils (recessed, wall-mounted, and high-wall), and 10 ducted units. Olimpia Splendid worked alongside the designer in defining the system, contributing to the correct sizing of the installed solutions. The choice of technology was guided by high energy efficiency, system compactness, and low visual impact. The client's long-standing trust in Olimpia Splendid and positive past experience with Aquadue technology solutions also contributed to confirming the decision.
