An important step towards an increasingly international dimension
After years of successful supplier-client relationships, Olimpia Splendid has completed the acquisition of the Australian distributor Noirot Australia and New Zealand Pty, bringing the number of its foreign subsidiaries to six.
Noirot is one of the leading Australian distributors of heating and portable air conditioning products. Over the years, Noirot has played a key role in the marketing of Olimpia Splendid’s products as well as in creating brand value among local consumers. Thanks to this acquisition, Olimpia Splendid gains direct access to two high potential markets -Australia and New Zealand- with the aim of extending its product offering and getting closer to its customers through high added value services. Said operation, included in Olimpia Splendid’s strategic plan, represents a key stage in the company’s international expansion path.
